Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, Inc. (BBHC) serves as Broward County’s managing entity, overseeing the distribution of public funds for mental health and substance use services throughout the county. BBHC is seeking a visionary and community-centered Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization with integrity, strategic clarity, and a deep commitment to improving lives. As the face of the Managing Entity for Broward County’s behavioral health system of care, the CEO will balance strong fiscal stewardship with an unwavering focus on community impact and system accountability.

This leader will cultivate a culture of empowerment and collaboration, engage stakeholders across the behavioral health and justice systems, and ensure that every strategic decision reflects our mission and core values. We are seeking a thoughtful, decisive leader—one who listens with intention, leads with purpose, and is prepared to champion innovation, partnership, and meaningful change for the individuals and families we serve.
