Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, Inc. (BBHC) is rescinding the RLI# 21-001, “Forensic Services Team & Felony Post-Arrest Jail Diversion Program for Broward County” to provide further clarification in the RLI. This RLI will be revised and re-released promptly. All providers that previously submitted a proposal may re-submit a revised proposal at that time. Pursuant to s. 119.071, Florida Statutes, all previously submitted proposals shall continue to remain exempt from disclosure under s. 119.07, Florida Statutes, in accordance the terms of that section.
